 I acknowledge that I may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19, or any other communicable disease(s), by participating in the Cowford Redfish Tournament, and/or event or activity connected therewith, including as a spectator, and that such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, and/or death.

I understand that the risk of becoming exposed to or infected by COVID-19, or another communicable disease(s), may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of myself and others, including, but not limited to, Cowford Redfish Tournament organizers, participants, agents, representatives, volunteers, customers, and/or any Sponsor agent or assign(s) and any others present on the premise of the event.

The Cowford Redfish Tournament encourages compliance with all local, state, and federal recommendation, ordinance, law, or guidelines and recommends mask wearing, social distancing and any other measure to protect health and life to the extent required by law and to the extent each participant, entrant or spectator feels comfortable.
